यह कागज क्या है? यह भारत सरकार का एक आदेश (Order) है जो 1 दिसंबर 2020 को आया। यह स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने लिखा है। इसमें बताया गया है कि सरकारी कर्मचारी और पेंशनर अगर कान की मशीन (Hearing Aid) खरीदें, तो सरकार उनके पैसे वापस (Reimbursement) कैसे देगी। कितने पैसे मिलेंगे? (Step 1) सरकार ने दो तरह की मशीनों के लिए पैसे तय किए हैं — एक कान के लिए: मशीन का प्रकारकितने पैसे मिलेंगे🔵 Digital BTE (कान के पीछे लगती है)₹8,000🟢 Digital ITC/CIC (कान के अंदर लगती है)₹9,000 आसान भाषा में: मान लो तुमने ₹10,000 की मशीन खरीदी — सरकार सिर्फ ₹8,000 या ₹9,000 ही वापस देगी, पूरे नहीं! ⚠️ पुरानी वाली Body/Pocket मशीन और Analogue BTE अब नहीं मिलेगी — वो पुरानी हो गई हैं! 🏥 मशीन लेने से पहले क्या करना होगा? (Step 2) 4 ज़रूरी काम: 1️⃣ पहले डॉक्टर के पास जाओ सबसे पहले ENT Doctor (कान-नाक-गले के डॉक्टर) के पास जाना होगा — सरकारी अस्पताल या CGHS अस्पताल में। 2️⃣ CGHS कार्ड साथ ले जाओ जब भी डॉक्टर के पास जाओ, अपना CGHS पहचान पत्र (ID Card) ज़रूर ले जाओ। 3️⃣ डॉक्टर जाँच करेगा डॉक्टर Audiometric Test (सुनने की जाँच) करेगा और बताएगा कि कौन सी मशीन तुम्हारे लिए सही है। डॉक्टर किसी Brand का नाम नहीं लिखेगा — सिर्फ मशीन का प्रकार बताएगा। 4️⃣ Permission लेनी होगी मशीन खरीदने से पहले अनुमति (Permission) लेनी होगी: पेंशनर → CGHS Zonal Office से सरकारी कर्मचारी → अपने विभाग के Head से 🛒 मशीन खरीदने के बाद पैसे वापस कैसे मिलेंगे? (Step 3) ये 5 चीज़ें जमा करनी होंगी: 📜 Permission Letter — जो पहले मिली थी (Original) 💳 CGHS Card की Copy 🧾 दुकानदार का बिल (Original) 📦 मशीन का खाली डब्बा (जिस पर मशीन की जानकारी लिखी हो) ✅ पैसे उतने ही मिलेंगे — जितने कम हों: असली कीमत या सरकारी सीमा (Ceiling Rate) 🔄 और क्या-क्या ज़रूरी बातें हैं? (Step 4) बातनियम⏳ कितने साल बाद नई मशीन मिलेगी?5 साल बाद🔋 बैटरी और मरम्मत का खर्च?खुद भरना होगा — सरकार नहीं देगी📋 Condemnation Certificate?अब ज़रूरत नहीं — 5 साल पूरे होने पर सीधे नई मशीन मिलेगी📝 यह आदेश कब से लागू है?1 दिसंबर 2020 से एक लाइन में समझो "अगर तुम सरकारी कर्मचारी हो और कान कम सुनता है, तो डॉक्टर की सलाह और Permission लेकर मशीन खरीदो — सरकार ₹8,000 या ₹9,000 तक वापस दे देगी
